Paul DiSilvestro, after working in the construction industry in his younger years, and then the roofing industry for a number of years, founded DiSilvestro Roofing Co. & Home Improvements in 1998. We visited recently with Paul and General Manager Linda Sullivan, and learned about their company and the many services offered by DiSilvestro Roofing & Home Improvements;
DiSilvestro Roofing Co. & Home Improvements specializes in the installation of new roofs (re-roof), replacement roofs (tear-off), and repair services for both residential and commercial customers, along with replacement windows and siding. We are Certified Contractors for CertainTeed and GAF, can offer factory-backed warranties for material and labor, and as a roofing contractor on Angie's List for many years have been the recipient of their Super Service Award twice. We maintain a very good relationship with the Better Business Bureau and also the building departments of the many cities we serve. Our best referrals, however, come from our previous customers.
The majority of our business is in residential roofing, but we also maintain a growing number of commercial business clients. We handle small as well as large jobs for both, and are always available to investigate leaks, regardless of size. We take our time to evaluate each customer's needs, and I personally come out to inspect, measure, and prepare the proposal for each customer. Our clients are welcome to visit our showroom at any time, where they can see the wide selection of our products, including shingles (CertainTeed, GAF-ELK, Tamko), ventilation systems, replacement windows (CertainTeed, Pella, Polaris, Norandex), and siding (CertainTeed, Norandex), gutters, and gutter covers.
In addition to traditional asphalt shingles, DiSilvestro Roofing Co. has also joined in on the "green movement", offering EcoStar roof systems for both the commercial and residential markets. This product is manufactured from recycled products and is fabricated to have the appearance of slate. More and more of our customers are investigating this line of materials, and we are very glad to be able to offer it. We also offer excellent state-of-the-art roofing systems for commercial buildings with reflective materials to help conserve energy.
