When Fairview General Hospital merged with the Cleveland Clinic Health System, they consolidated all their Medicare certified divisions. In 2003 Tammy Haseley, with twenty years service at the hospital, founded Healthcare Circle Home Care to help fill the void left when the hospital closed all private duty entities in which they had been involved. We augment their services by providing home health care and hospice care services twenty-four hours a day. Our fifty RNs, LPNs, and Home Health Aides provide personal care visits, home health aide services, and RN or LPN nursing care throughout Cleveland's western suburbs from Avon to Strongsville.

Personal care visits can include assistance with bathing, dressing, and linen changes, and our Home Health Aide services provide assistance with the activities of daily life, such as bathing, toileting, ambulation, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and companionship. In addition, we also provide full RN or LPN nursing care.

The preponderance of our business is filling the needs of geriatric patients, but we also provide services for patients of all ages, including children.
